1. What is your return policy?
Items are eligible for return within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, as long as they have not been installed or used in any way. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that electrical items are not refundable.

3. What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order by calling our hotline at 19943. Please note that same-day order cancellations are not accepted. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and initiate a refund.
4. How long does it take to receive a refund?
In case of a refund, the amount will be refunded back to your original mode of payment within 14 to 20 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies. For credit/debit card payments, the credit will be applied to your card within the same timeframe.
5. What is your shipping policy?
We currently offer delivery service for orders with addresses within Greater Cairo and Alexandria. Our service vans will pick up your order and deliver it within 48 hours after placing your order. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery through our courier partners.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your delivery.

Currently, we only offer shipping within Egypt. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

10. Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
