DELIVERY AND SHIPMENT POLICY

Following are the terms that constitute our shipping policy/ delivery process:

  • Delivery service is available for orders with delivery addresses domistic and international 
  • Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Shipment processing time

Our service vans pick up your order and deliver it within 48 hours after placing your order. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
