NDS PRIME LOYALTY PROGRAM

Purpose:

The aim of this policy is to set clear rules and define procedures for the programs and benefits offered by Nour Eldin El Sherif Company to attract new customers, retain the current and provide distinguished services to our permanent customers with appreciation to our current and new customers.subscribers.

Scope:

This policy applies to all Nour Eldin El Sherif customers, across all levels and different car models.

NDS PRIME LOYALTY CARDS

General rules:
1. Loyalty programs are points system which allows customers to get a discount on their invoices, or obtain free services, etc.”.
2. Points are calculated according to the actual/ net amount paid by the customer. In case the customer had a discount due to any other offers or promotions, the points are only calculated for the actual amount paid by the customer not the total amount of the invoice.
3. Points have validity date and customer should consume these points during their duration.
4. Expiry date and benefits for each program differs according to the tier, tiers are categorized/ classified as follows:
- Silver tier,
- Golden tier,
- Platinum tier.
5. In case the customer’s point reached to the maximum limit if the tier, he will be automatically upgraded to the next tier to be eligible to use/ consume the benefits provided in the higher tier.
6. When the customer reaches the maximum points for the current tier, he will be upgraded automatically to the higher tier and will be eligible to the new tier and will be able to use the benefits.

Procedures:

1. Points system:
• Points are calculated according to the invoice amount. A point is equivalent to one Egyptian Pound paid by the customer “i.e. If the customer paid 1000 L.E, then he will have 1000 points”.
• In case of any deductions for the customer due to offers, promotions, vouchers, etc. The points will be added to the net amount paid by the customers not to the total amount of the invoice.
• Points are calculated/ converted to EGP to be redeemed by the customer as follows:
- 1000 points = 25 L.E
- 5000 points = 175 L.E
- 10,000 points – 500 L.E
- 25,000 points = 1,625 L.E
- 50,000 points = 3,750 L.E
• Customer can redeem the previous points as shown above, multiple of 1000 with no fraction.

• Customer can redeem the previous points with discounts from the invoice amount, differs according to the tier.
• Points have an expiry date differs between tiers “1 year for silver & golden tier & 2 years for platinum tier”.

2. Benefits scheme:
• Benefits provided according to customer points shall include but not limited to “Birthday points, welcome points, referral points, priority service, mobile service, etc.”.
• Below schedule shown benefits linked to tiers:

- Silver tier customer will be eligible to “1-year validity for points to be consumed within, 500 points as gift for his birthday “7 days prior to his birthday”, 500 point as welcoming points when he downloads the application and 200 points when he invites new users to the application and the ones invited will have 100 points to be added to his account.


- Golden tier customer will be eligible to “1-year validity for points to be consumed within, 1500 points as gift for his birthday “7 days prior to his birthday”, 200 points when he invites new users to the application and the ones invited will have 100 points to be added to his account, and free unlimited mobile service.


- Platinum tier customer will be eligible to “2-years validity for points to be consumed within, 2000 points as gift for his birthday “7 days prior to his birthday”, 200 points when he invites new users to the application and the ones invited will have 100 points to be added to his account, priority for service when he visits any center for any service/ maintenance, free unlimited mobile service, free roadside assistance, free Body & Paint quotation and dedicated Key Account Manager for his support.

3. Points redemption:
• Customers can not redeem the points in cash, they can only deduct amounts from invoices according to their tier as follows: - Silver tier: 15% discount from the invoice amount per visit “Considering that the deducted amount not to exceed the maximum limit for the client’s points”.

Golden tier: 20% discount from the invoice amount per visit “Considering that the deducted amount not to exceed the maximum limit for the client’s points”. - Platinum tier: 25% discount from the invoice amount per visit “Considering that the deducted amount not to exceed the maximum limit for the client’s points”.


• Points which expires will be automatically deducted from the total points.

4. Promotion to higher tier:
1. Silver tier: It is the first level and the client is registered on it for the first time with 500 points as welcoming points.
2. Golden tier: It is the second level and the client is promoted to it when he reaches the maximum points of the “silver tier” – 25000 points.
3. Platinum tier: It is the third level and the client is promoted to it when he reaches the maximum points of the “golden tier” – 75000 points.
❖ Upgrading on the system will be done automatically when reaching the points of the new tier.

Terms & conditions:

1. Discount may not be applied to certain periodic maintenance or some of repaired items.


2. Points are redeemed according to the stated amount on the invoice, which is 15% for the silver tier, 20% for the golden tier, and 25% for the platinum tier. For the remaining points, they will be added to be used in the upcoming visits.


3. The company has the right to change/ edit/ delete discount rates without prior notification to the clients (Program members).


4. It is not allowed to apply more than one discount in the case of any deals or discounts offered by the company. Accordingly, in this case points are not exchanged.


5. As agreed NDS Prime points have an expiry date of 12 months for the (Silver & golden) tiers and 24 months for the platinum tier category, points cannot be transferred or redeemed in cash.


6. It is agreed based upon procedures for promotions between tiers; client will be upgraded from silver tier to golden tier when his points are 25,000 points, and will be upgraded from golden tier to platinum tier when his points are 75,000 points. Besides, the company has the right to change/ amend the maximum points or modify the policy at any time without prior notice.


7. It is agreed that the company will not be responsible for any in case the client does not enter his personal data, phone number or date of birth correctly, which might lead to the failure to receive any of NDS Prime services.


8. In case proved that any client illegally accessed or hacked the application to obtain points or benefits which are undeserved to him, the company has the right to remove the client from NDS Prime program without any liability or right to the other party.
